When is Kansas football playing? Here's how to watch, stream and listen to KU vs. Baylor
University of Kansas football returns home this week after a loss on the road to Coastal Carolina last Friday.
The Jayhawks lost the road contest 49-22 against the Chanticleers, who are now ranked No. 18. The win vs. Kansas moved Coastal Carolina up one spot in the rankings and handed Kansas its first loss of the year. According to ESPN, the matchup was the most-viewed college football game on ESPN2 since Sept. 21, 2019.
Now Kansas (1-1) is turning its attention to its Big 12 Conference opener against Baylor (2-0) Saturday. The Jayhawks have not won a Big 12 game since 2019 and are looking to topple the Bears this weekend.
Baylor heads into its matchup with Kansas fresh off a 66-7 win over Texas Southern on Sept. 11. Abram Smith, Trestan Ebner and Taye McWilliams all ran for more than 100 yards and combined for three scores. Quarterback Gerry Bohanon threw for 247 yards and scored five total touchdowns in the win, too.
