After losing to the Wellington heat on Saturday night, the Cannons have won three straight games. The Cannons beat McPherson 5-2 on Monday night, and took down Park City 15-9 on Tuesday. Wednesday night, the Cannons scored double digits for the second straight night, beating the Mulvane Patriots 11-5. A seven-run second inning gave the Cannons all the momentum early on, and they never looked back as they went on to win 11-5.

Connor Kelly led the Cannons on Wednesday night with three hits and five RBI. Robert Isenhour, Jordan Williams, and Chase Hamilton also had multiple hits with two each.

Andrew Snyder earned the win on the mound for the Cannons, going five innings, and giving up three hits while striking out three patriots.

The Cannons are currently tied with Wellington for first place with a record of 9-3 in the Kansas Collegiate Baseball League, and will be in action again tonight as they travel to take on the Park City Rangers.
