Augusta – Delma C. Copp, 92, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 8, 2020.
Delma was born on January 29, 1928 in Twin Grove Township, Kansas to Lloyd and Marie Lee. She was united in marriage to Mark Copp on November 18, 1947 in Augusta. Delma was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. After raising her two daughters, she worked as a bookkeeper. Delma was a faithful member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Augusta for over 65 years. She enjoyed teaching Sunday school, reading, and spending time with her family.
Delma is survived by her daughter, Elaine (Bill) Cyphers of Augusta; sister Sharon Milner of Fredonia; three grandchildren and spouses, Kristyn (Gary) Eastman of Olathe, Kevin (Emily) Cyphers of Andover, and Kyle (Emily) Cyphers of Andover; five great-grandchildren, Grant and Katelyn Eastman, Carter, Trenton and Ethan Cyphers, and several nieces and nephews.
Delma is preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Nancy, her sister Armetha Boucher and her brother Ersel Lee.
Private family Graveside Service will be held.
Memorials may be given to First Southern Baptist Church - Augusta or Gideon’s International, left in care of Dunsford Funeral Home.
