Chad Carter

El Dorado - Chad's life began on June 10, 1987 in El Dorado, Kansas; the son of Theodore Carter and Diana (Ray) Houser. Chad earned his Bachelor's Degree from the Southern New Hampshire University. He worked hard for his family as a branch manager for Plant Services, Inc. Chad enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors. He enjoyed powerlifting and keeping physically fit. Chad also liked sports, watching football and wrestling with friends. Most recently, Chad liked going on drives at the lake with his daughters. His greatest joy was his family which includes his wife, Kimberly of El Dorado; companion Lindsay Moore of El Dorado; children Sophia Carter of El Dorado, Penelope Rose of El Dorado; siblings Chasity Carter of Wichita, Theodore "Ted" Carter of Wichita, Donald "Don" Carter of Wichita, grandmother Sandra Carter of El Dorado and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family that loved Chad dearly. Chad passed away at his home in El Dorado on September 19, 2021. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Phillip Carter, and his parents Theodore Carter and Diana and Ray Houser. Friends may gather with the family from 5-7pm on Wednesday September 29. Graveside services will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday, September 30 at Sunset Lawns Cemetery in El Dorado.
