Bethany Dyan Bonomini
El Dorado - Bethany Dyan (Jackson) Bonomini, of El Dorado, Kansas, passed away on August 3, 2021 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Bethany was born on February 19, 1976 in El Dorado, Kansas to Kenneth and Cindy (Hobson) Jackson. She always had a caring nature about her, so a career in healthcare was the perfect fit. She served her community for the past fourteen years as a registered nurse. Her career was spent at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital working in med-surg, immediate care, wound care, pain clinic, and cardiac rehab. She touched many lives and will be remembered for her warm bedside manner. Bethany loved her family and friends fiercely and shared with them her taste for adventure. Although her time on this earth was brief, she lived the years she had to the fullest.
Bethany is survived by her children, Ravyn Bonomini, Dante Bonomini, and Cooper Bowlin; fiancé, Aaron Curnutt; stepchildren, McKenzie Curnutt, Jadyn Curnutt, Colby Curnutt, and Payson Curnutt; mother, Cindy (Hobson) Jackson; siblings, Kendall Jackson (Gloria), Jayme Kingsley (Brian), and Jill Licht (Brian); and many extended family and friends.
Bethany was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Jackson; grandparents, Earl and Marjorie Jackson and Rae and Mary Hobson.
Memorial donations in Bethany's honor can be made to the Susan B. Allen Cancer Center. An education fund for her youngest son, Cooper, will also be established.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10am on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Carlson Colonial Funeral Home, with inurnment to follow at Blankenship Cemetery in Rosalia, Kansas.
