Robert Paul “Bob” Moser, Sr., 86, passed away on Oct. 9, 2018

Robert Paul “Bob” Moser, Sr., age 86, passed away on Tuesday, Oct.  9, 2018 at Greeley County Hospital/Long Term Care in Tribune, Kan.  
Bob was born July 12, 1932 on the Moser family homestead in Greeley County, the son of Paul Frederick and Esther Gladys Bjork Moser.  A resident of Tribune,  since 1959 moving from Aurora, Colo., Bob was owner and operator of Bob’s Body & Repair in Tribune.  Bob served his country in the United States Navy from April of 1952 through June of 1953.
Bob was a member of the United Methodist Church in Tribune.  He also held membership in VFW Post # 7521 in Tribune, as well as the Masonic Lodge #471 of Sharon Springs, Kan., Scottish Rite Shrine in Scott City, Kan., and the Order of the Eastern Star of Lakin, Kan.   
On Oct. 25, 1953 he married Margaret Marie “Maggie” Curtis in Tribune.  Maggie passed away on May 20, 2009 in Tribune.
Bob’s surviving family includes: five children, Dr. Robert and Dalene Moser, Jr. of Lawrence, Kan., Charles Moser of Tribune, Brenda and Bob Gonzales of Topeka, Wanda Stewart (daughter-in-law) of Big Canoe, Ga., Dondi and Larry Doty of Tribune; three siblings, Marvin Moser of Tribune, Catherine Hamaker of Woodward, Okla., and Lucille Stevenson of Lubbock, Texas; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
His parents, wife, a grandson, Scott Stewart, a son-in-law, Stan Stewart and a sister, Vera Woods preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. (MST) Monday, Oct. 15, 2018 at the United Methodist Church in Tribune,  with Pastor Robert Selvakumar officiating.  Burial will be in Greeley County Cemetery in Tribune, with military honors provided by the United States Navy, District 8 American Legion and the VFW Post # 7521 of Tribune.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Tribune.
