Ringing the bell for The Salvation Army

Members of Butler Community College’s Accounts Receivable Department recently rang the bell for the Salvation Army, stationed in front of Dillons Food Store in El Dorado.  Other members of the Accounts Receivable department were stationed outside of Walmart and Dillons stores in El Dorado, Augusta and Andover.
Miranda Valadez said, “It’s cold out here, but the spirit of the year warms our hearts.”
The Salvation Army  exists to meet human need wherever, whenever and however they can.
There are different ways to help and donate to the Salvation Army, including donating goods and clothing, volunteering time, and donating money.  For more information on helping nationwide and locally, go to: www.salvationarmyusa.org, or contact the El Dorado Salvation Army Corps at  207 W First St., 316-321-4070, http://centralusa.salvationarmy.org/eldorado.
