Celebration of Freedom Committee honors veterans
During the July 4 El Dorado Walnuts home game vs. the McConnell WarDogs, a military and first responder ceremony was held at McDonald Stadium. During the ceremony, first responders, veteran and active military personnel walked onto the field.

SBAMH Auxiliary spring event raises $12k for wheelchair purchase
The Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital Auxiliary hosted the annual Inspirations and Indulgences spring event, which acts as a fundraiser for both the auxiliary and hospital.
HeritageFest photo gallery
Andover’s first-ever HeritageFest kicked off on Saturday morning, running 11am-4pm at the newly developed The Heritage. Admission into the event was free as well as many of the activities were for attendees to enjoy. Local frozen yogurt shop, CuppaYo provided free frozen yogurt to attendees. Themed food was available for purchase from Livingston’s Café, adult beverages from Social Tap, a nostalgic candy and merch shop and more. Free activities for children included tug of war and sack races, live Music provided by The Haymakers and Diamond W. Wranglers.
