After the June floods that changed lives for many in El Dorado and around Butler County, the U.S. Small Business Administration, (SBA), has opened a Disaster Outreach Center. The center offers a temporary space for the SBA to connect with residents who may be interested in taking out a loan to cover flood expenses for their home, small business or nonprofit.
