Farmers learn to farm for greater profit at conference in Pratt

During the November regenerative soil conference in Pratt, farmers and ranchers learned ‘if it’s broke then fix it’. Soil, panelists said, may be depleted of nutrients and is too dense for water to penetrate. But through soil health practices, speakers said, the health of soil can change and this change can help both the environment and the producer’s profit.
