Butler County Times Gazette to move to mail-only delivery

To our readers: Due the high cost of fuel and other rising expenses, The newspaper is converting all subscriptions to mail delivery, a process that’s already started for many readers. The last day of delivery by a newspaper carrier is 8/28. Mail-only delivery begins 8/29. Although some delays might be expected during the transition in the coming days, the newspaper has worked with the U.S. Postal Service to arrange sameday delivery of the paper. We hear from our readers a good deal, and many whose subscriptions have already been moved to mail delivery have been understanding. More importantly, we hear the support that so many people express for their local paper. We will never take that for granted as we continue to serve our readers and advertisers.
