TOWANDA - Circle Public Schools held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday, May 3rd to celebrate the completion of their latest bond project, completed in partnership with Simpson Construction Services and Gravity::Works Architecture, at Circle Towanda Elementary School.The new addition includes new classrooms, flex learning spaces, a gymnasium/storm shelter, office & secured entrances as well as mechanical upgrades to the existing building.
