GREAT LAKES (NNS) — Seaman Recruit Garrett Hutson, Division 281, graduated as the top sailor from Recruit Training Command, earning the Military Excellence Award on September 29.Hutson, a native of El Dorado, Kansas, said he joined the Navy to pursue personal and professional goals.“I wanted to learn the technical and professional skills necessary to have a lifelong military career,” said Hutson.
