At the City of El Dorado City Commission meeting on Tuesday evening, the Butler Homeless Initiative, (BHI) was approved to continue to shelter guests overnight due to frigid temperatures.The Memorandum of Understanding, (MOA) wasn’t on the agenda to be voted on from the previous work session due to City Manager David Dillner’s prior emergency approval.
