In Judge Charles Hart’s preliminary control docket on Tuesday morning, Jelinda Keeling pleaded not guilty to felony charges, waiving her rights to a preliminary hearing.Arrested on March 15, Keeling is facing one felony charge for being a teacher and engaging in unlawful sexual relations with a student who is 16 years of age or older.
