Virginia Ball, also known as El Dorado’s Rosie the Riveter, and better known by locals as the best reflexologist around, has celebrated 100 years of life over the weekend. On Sunday afternoon, many friends and family gathered at the American Legion Post 81 in El Dorado to celebrate Ball’s long, fruitful life and have plenty of cake.
