Last month the Andover Chamber of Commerce celebrated the 2024 year end at their annual dinner. The theme of the night was Back to the Future as they revisited the Andover Area Chamber of Commerce’s past and looked into the bright future.
There were 163 members in attendance at the dinner. In addition to celebrating both the past, present and future, the annual awards were given out to Chamber members including:
2024 Business of the Year – Bob & Luigi’s Pizzeria
2024 New Business of the Year – The Loft Energy & Nutrition
2024 Volunteer of the Year – Katie Westphal-Bechtle of K. Westphal Jewelers
2024 Person of the Year – Jeff Coykendall of Andover Auto Body
2024 Public Organization of the Year – Andover Police Department
Legacy Award – Mike Lies
2024 Liaison of the Year – Megan Schapaugh of the City of Andover
2024 Chamber Champions:
Icon Structures, Endurix Financial and Street Commercial – Kurt Yowell
2024 Chamber Superhero – Chris Bechtle
The Andover Chamer also recognized board members who stepped off in 2025, which included Briana Gallegos of BG Boutique and Leah Doshier of Terradyne Country Club.
The Andover Area Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit 501(c)6 organization. They employ three employees, an President/CEO, Lori Cullum, a Marketing Associate, and one Office Assistant.
The Chamber’s four areas of focus, as read on their website, is “Deliver Value to Members, Promote Business Success, Maximize Effectiveness, and Promote Partnerships.”
The organization’s funding comes from member dues, sponsorships and events such as the annual dinner, Women & Wine, Jingle Mingle, and more.
