Doyle Glenn Fox

Doyle Glenn Fox was born May 18, 1934 in Logan, Kansas to Glenn and Bernice Fox and passed away in his home on November 2nd, 2022 at the age of 88. In 1953 he married Bonnie Darlene Gaines, and they spent over 64 years together before she preceded him in death in 2017. Doyle started his working career in the oilfields of Citi Service, then spent 25 years as a Prudential Insurance Agent. Upon his retirement from Prudential, Doyle managed the Sawyer Homes, serving the residents for 32 years. Doyle and Bonnie were faithful and involved members of the First Baptist Church of El Dorado for 60 years. Doyle was an accomplished woodworker, building many beautiful pieces over the years that his family and friends will always cherish. He is survived by his three children: Gregory Gene Fox (Rebecca), Debra Diane Fox (Linda Kello), and Deanna Gay Kimble (Gene); 6 grandchildren: James, Jessica, and Jaclyn Fox, Tad Greer (Ashley), Jake Kimble (Sydney), and Channing Kimble; 5 great-grandchildren: Tyson Flores, Leo Flores, Emma Janssen, Izabella Greer, and Von Greer; and his good friend Mary Johnson. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 315 W. Central, El Dorado.
