Louise Prigmore

October 15, 1926, the first born of Jayand Vetta Brooks. Her mother passedaway in 1941 at the age of 35. She waspreceded in death by her father andsister Doris. Louise was married to JohnPrigmore, her high school sweetheart in1946, soon after his discharge from theNavy Air Corp. They celebrated their

(Ron Broughton); eight grandchildren, ten greatgrandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Louiseliked to stay busy and worked ten years at JeffersonElementary School and nine years at Butler CountyCommunity College. Her volunteer work included CubScout leader, Brownie Scout leader, Girl Scout leader,20 years at the Susan B. Allen Hospital Gift Shop,where she was honored as Volunteer of the Year in2006. She also spent four years delivering librarybooks for Bradford Memorial Library to seven smalltown senior centers. Her hobbies included volunteerwork, sewing and riding her 54” lawn mower. Friendsmay gather from 2-4pm on Sunday, August 7 atCarlson Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services willbe held on Monday, August 8 at 10am at TrinityUnited Methodist Church in El Dorado.
