Lea Rae Capps, 81, Retired Administrative Assistant, died Sunday, July 31, 2022. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Friday, August 5, 2022; Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm, Saturday, August 6, 2022, both at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Lea loved bowling, bridge, rummikub, and movies. Preceded in death by her parents, Ennis and Marguerite Shasteen; brother, Carroll Shasteen. Survived by her daughters, Dina (Kevin) Coldiron, Jackie (Lawrence) Smith, both of Wichita, Brenda Mulvaney of Valley Center; son, Michael (Rhonda) Mulvaney of Andover; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Shasteen of Wichita; sister, Nancy (Gary) Matsumoto of Rose Hill.
