Phillip Maurice Ridder, 64, of Augusta, KS, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022 at home. Memorial funeral mass 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at St. James Catholic Church, Augusta, KS. Burial will follow at Calvary Ceme-tery, Augusta, KS

Phillip was born in Wichita, KS on February 18, 1958, to Rose (Demplewolf ) and the late William J. “Bill” Ridder. He owned Custom Equipment Manufacturing in Wichita. Early in life, Phillip enjoyed hunting and golfing. He did have a love of reading and being a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews.

Phillip is survived by his mother, Rose of Augusta; sister, Ellen Wilson of Augusta, KS; brother, Paul Ridder and wife Linda of Lincoln, KS; sister, Anita Bennett and husband Scott of Wytheville, VA; brother, Bart Ridder and wife Lori of Augusta, KS; brother, Matt Ridder of Augusta, KS; and sister, Lori Cook and husband Bryce of El Dorado, KS; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
