Andover Central senior Darraja Parnell announced a verbal commitment to play basketball at the University of Central Arkansas via his Twitter account Tuesday afternoon."Blessed to say that I have verbally committed to play basketball at the University of Central Arkansas #GoBears," Parnell tweeted.
