Aaron Mack hit a three-run homer in the eighth to rally El Dorado to an 8-7 victory over Derby on Tuesday night at McDonald Stadium.

Trailing 7-5, John Legare looped a ball into right-centerfield and hustled to second for a double. Kyle Barfield coaxed a walk to put runners on first and second with two outs.

Mack hit a 3 ball, 1 strike pitch over the scoreboard in right field.

The homer made a win for Taylor Woods. Garrett Glass pitched the ninth for the team's first save of the season.

The Broncos jumped to a 3-0 lead after two innings. They scored in the first when Jaret Koin singled and sped home on Barfield's double.

Mason Goade walked to start the second and Tanner White doubled him in. White scored when Tyler Bailey singled and the ball was mishandled by Derby leftfield Noah Bland.

Bailey homered in the fourth for the Broncos' fourth run.

Barfield reached on an error in the fifth and scored on Kolton Schenker's single in hte fifth.

El Dorado travels to Derby on Wednesday night.
