The popular flavor combination of chocolate and peanut butter has reigned supreme since H.B. Reese introduced his chocolate-covered peanut butter cups in 1928. Reese was a shipping foreman for the Hershey candy company and was encouraged by Hershey to start his own candy business.

A U.S. Capitol Police spokeswoman says a bomb squad has safely destroyed a pressure cooker found in a "suspicious" vehicle left unattended near the Capitol building and that the vehicle's owner has been arrested.

The Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center held graduation ceremonies for the 233rd Basic Training Class in early April at their Hutchinson academy. The center is a division of University of Kansas Continuing Education.
