Groveling for more money

To the Editor,
Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941: 2,403 killed; D-Day, June 6, 1944: 10,000 Allied troops killed; Iwo Jima, Feb. 19-March 20, 1945: 2,000 Marines killed on first day and 6,800 in 36 days; U.S.S. Indianapolis hit by enemy torpedo and sank in 12 minutes, July 30, 1945: 279 killed; Hitler’s concentration camps: 15-20 million killed; U.S. Supreme Court legalized abortions, 1973-2018, 60 million innocent murdered.
I wonder if our judges, politicians, and leaders the past 45 years have contemplated the horrific accounting they have brought upon themselves and America?
Now, they have legalized state-run lotteries and gambling casinos as they continue groveling for more dollars to feed their insatiable appetites.
