Carol was born on Nov. 4, 1967 in Karachi, Pakistan to James E. and Lela F. (Wallace) Turner, who were missionaries when Carol was born and she attended a boarding school there until her dad passed away when she was around 12. After James passed, the family moved back to Arkansas and later to El Dorado, where Carol graduated from Bluestem High School in 1985. She lived in El Dorado until 2002, when she moved to Wichita. She will always be remembered for her big heart for anybody.

She was preceded in death by her father James.
