Three Mulvane High School students have been charged with felony animal cruelty in the connection with the death of baby chicks.Mulvane Police Chief Dave Williams said as of Friday morning the two juveniles and an 18-year-old had not been arrested. The adult’s name had not been released, pending arrest.
