Being a business owner is hard work. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day activities and focus on everything within your four walls. But sometimes, the best thing you can do for your business is step out of your business and work on your business.

The El Dorado Chamber of Commerce, along with local partners, is providing the rare opportunity to do just that. Don't miss it!

Growing Rural Businesses is an eight-week class focused on improving and growing rural businesses. It costs $250 for all eight sessions, and the classes are held every Thursday, September 7 through October 26, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the El Dorado Civic Center, located at 201 E. Central Ave. in El Dorado.

Created by the Center for Entrepreneurship, using Kansas rural communities data, this class is taught by leading industry experts and Wichita State University professors from the Center for Entrepreneurship to look at different aspects of how to improve or grow your business.

Facilitated group discussions will provide insights about business challenges and strategies to solve them effectively.
