A variance application has been submitted by Dollar Tree in Andover and was heard by the Planning Commission at its meeting Tuesday. The request was to increase the required five-percent maximum surface area of wall signage limitation to 17.10 percent for the purpose of installing larger wall signage on property zoned as B-4 Central Business District at 530 N. Andover Rd.

The Commission granted a variance to increase itto 6.78 percent, or 113 square feet, for the purpose of installing larger wall signage on the property.
