Spectacular show on Sept. 14

The Andover Convention and Visitors Bureau is hosting a part of the NFA National Convention in Andover. The Grand Finale will be held on Sept. 14, and will be spectacular. Throughout the week, people from all over the world will be testing and sampling different fireworks to determine what they will buy when the time comes. People from different countries will be here and they want to put on a show for the community!!
Tommy Castro and the Painkillers will be featured during the special event at the Capitol Federal Amphitheater in Andover’s Central Park.  
Over the course of his career, guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Tommy Castro – a six-time Blues Music Award-winner – has played thousands of shows to hundreds of thousands of  fans. Castro, along with his band, The Painkillers -- bassist Randy McDonald, keyboardist Michael Emerson and drummer Bowen Brown -- plays music that is guaranteed to fill the floor and raise the roof.
After the concert, the National Fireworks Association will present a Grand Public Display beginning at approximately 8 p.m. in Central Park. This will be a show like you’ve never seen before; the fireworks will be choreographed to music.
