Leadership Butler has helped out Sunshine Children’s Home again.

Leadership Butler has helped out Sunshine Children’s Home again. The Class of 2015 donated several boxes of hygiene supplies and diapers to the home.

“These items help to cover the basic needs of the children who come to the home, from infants to teenagers. We are so very grateful,” said Suzi Thien, executive director of SCARF.

Sunshine Children’s Home has provided care and comfort to more than 600 abused and neglected children from 50 Kansas counties since opening in October 2014.

SCARF’s other program, Sunlight Child Advocacy Center in El Dorado, has provided services to more than 1,200 abused and neglected children since opening in March 2007.
