According to Augusta Police, no one was injured in a three-vehicle accident at the intersection of Ohio and Augusta Avenues Tuesday morning at about 7:30.

According to Augusta Police, no one was injured in a three-vehicle accident at the intersection of Ohio and Augusta Avenues Tuesday morning at about 7:30.

The report states that a 2002 Dodge Durango, driven by a juvenile from Augusta was stopped waiting for a vehicle to turn and was struck from behind by a 2010 Dodge Journey, operated by Brenda P. Sommer, Augusta, who was changing lanes.

The impact from the crash caused both vehicles to strike a 2002 Ford Taurus, operated by Amber L. Michalski, Augusta.

All occupants of the three vehicles refused emergency transportation. Damages to the vehicles estimated at $6,000 to the Dodge Durango, $10,000 to the Dodge Journey, and $5,000 to the Ford Taurus.
