Arrest in July 10th robbery

Andover police arrested Tracy Embray, 39, in connection to a robbery July 10 in Andover.
The incident occurred at the Sun Stone Apartments where the victim, Douglas Meyer, 45, had welcomed Embray over to his apartment the night before, according to Andover Police Chief Michael Keller. Sometime during the evening hours, Embray left the apartment with Meyer’s 2014 Chevrolet pickup truck and a credit card.
Keller said the truck was recovered in the 1100 block of North Market in Wichita the morning of July 11. Over a 10-hour period, Embray was seen using Meyer’s credit card at more than 11 locations throughout Wichita. Embray was identified, located and arrested in the 1100 block of North Market on July 14. She was interviewed and booked into the Butler County Jail on two counts of felony theft, forgery, criminal use of a financial card and possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.
