It wasn't just Travis House who did damage for El Dorado's boys golf team at the Class 4A Winfield Regional Monday.
The entire Wildcat squad performed well enough to qualify for the state golf meet as a team by finishing second at Regionals. The Wildcats finished with a team score of 350, just five strokes behind Andale, which won the team title with a 345.
Travis House finished as the Regional runner-up with his score of 77. He was just two strokes behind Andale's Jordan Anderson, who won the title with a 75.
Wes Haines, Conner Scanlon and Tanner Clites all finished with rounds of 91 for the Wildcats. Isaac Johnson and Jared Haury both shot rounds of 95 for the Wildcats.
Winfield shot a 370, Rose Hill shot a 372 and Augusta shot a 373 to finish fifth in the standings. Augusta's Jake Becker, who finished with a round of 89, earned a medal and was a top individual to qualify for State, as well.
For Augusta, Jacob Urmacher shot a 90. Senior Trevar Bevan shot a 96 in his final meet as an Oriole. Breck Winter finished with a 98, Kade Trebbe shot a 104 and Jonny McMurphy had a round of 111.
