The Douglass Bulldogs and Bluestem Lions baseball teams will compete in the Class 3A regional tournament hosted by Caney Valley.

The Bulldogs are the No. 2 seed with a 15-5 record and have a first-round bye. Douglass will face the winner of first-round game between No. 3 Caney Valley (12-6) and No. 6 Neodesha (1-15) at 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 21 in the semifinal round.

Blustem is the No. 4 seed with a 13-7 record. The Lions will play No. 5 Eureka (5-12) in the opening round at 5 p.m. Monday, May 19 in Leon.

The winner of that game will play top-seeded Humboldt, which finished the season a perfect 18-0 in the first semifinal game.

The championship game will be at 6 p.m. that Wednesday.
