Your thoughts affect your health
It has been documented that “a mind upset makes a body sick.”
The answer is to change our thinking. Your thinking affects your health - your emotional and physical well-being is linked to your thoughts.
How do we change our thinking?
Think positively. Begin each day with positive thoughts. The Bible is the place to find such thoughts.
The Psalmist writes in Psalm 118:24, “This is the day which the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
Think constructively. Each of us is a work in progress. Remember we are created in the image of God, so think in such a way that will glorify His image in you. The apostle Paul was the chief of all sinners, yet he found grace and forgiveness in his obeying the Lord. He writes, “I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now life in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and delivered Himself up for me.” (Galatians 2:20).
Think progressively. Learn to say “I can” and your world will change. Paul did: “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13).
