Augusta's boys basketball team will play Andover Central in the first round of El Dorado's Class 4A sub-state tournament. El Dorado and Circle will play in the first round, as well. The winners will face in the sub-state final with a berth in the state tournament on the line.

With one game left in the regular season, the Orioles were seeded No. 1 with a 14-5 record. The Jaguars were seeded No. 4 with a 9-10 record. The two will face at 6 p.m. Friday, March 7.

El Dorado was the No. 2 seed with an 11-8 record, while Circle is the No. 3 seed with a 9-10 record. They will play right after the Oriole-Jaguar game.

The championship game will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 8 at Alumni Court.

On the girls side, Andover Central is the No. 1 seed with a 15-4 record. The Jaguars will face No. 4 El Dorado (3-16) at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 6.

Augusta is the No. 3 seed with a 5-14 record and will face No. 2 Circle (11-8) at 6 p.m. that Thursday.

The girls championship game will be at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 8, with the boys game to follow.
