  • Four Trojans, four Jaguars named All-League VB, Peare named MVP

  • Andover High had two volleyball players named to the All-Ark Valley Chisholm Trail League Div. II First Team.
    Senior Regan Peare was named First Team as a specialist and middle hitter for the Trojans. Peare also was named the league's Most Valuable Player. She will be signing a letter of intent to play volleyball at Wichita State Thursday.
    Jaylyn Agnew was named First Team as a middle hitter and blocker for the Trojans.
    Trojan coach Sue Coffman was named AVCTL-Div. II coach of the year. The Trojans finished with a 37-7 record on way to a fourth-place finish at State.
    Andover Central's Katie Kretchmar was named First Team All-League as a middle hitter and blocker for the Jaguars.
    Jasmine Nazaran, an outside hitter and setter for Central, and Julia Joseph, an outside hitter for Central, both earned Second Team honors.
    Ana Dilkes earned Second Team honors as a libero for the Trojans.
    Andover's Sydney Staehr and Central's Becca Schulte both earned Honorable Mention for their respective teams.
