MasterChef alum Josh Marks was found dead on Friday, TMZ.com reports. He was 26.
The body of Marks, who came in second to Christine Ha in Season 3 of the Fox cooking competition, was discovered in a Chicago alleyway after a woman called 911. Police believe that Marks committed suicide as he was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head.
In July, Marks was arrested by University of Chicago police after allegedly punching an officer and attempting to steal his gun. It took five officers to subdue him. The incident came five months after Marks recorded a video for "Make a Sound Project," in which he revealed that he had bipolar disorder.
