Through Obamacare the IRS has total control over every banking account. Originally it could hold and/or withdraw from a tax refund any payment not paid. As of last week, a new provision was added - now the IRS will go into an account to retrieve their dues. How does this come out of healthcare? It’s all about the money.

Editor’s note: This is more misinformation based on a email and claim that ciruculated last week. No such provision has been added. “Section 150 (g)(2) of the Affordable Care Act states the IRS can not “file notice of lien with respect to any property of a taxpayer by reason of any failure to pay the penalty imposed by this section.” That includes personal bank accounts.

Thank you, Mr. Bush for your insightful articles concerning our government, and thanks to Ms. Larsen for her information on what’s true concerning the Health Care Act. It’s nice to have some straight-shooters providing ideas and facts.
