  • The Remington High School volleyball team participated at the Inman Tournament Saturday.
    In pool play the Broncos defeated Fairfield, 25-17 and 25-10.
    Kylee Schunn served perfect with 11. Jasmine Ingalsbe had 9 assists.
    Katie Nash had 6 good passes. Alyssa Hinz had 4 aces and 7 good passes for the match.
    Deanna Ingalsbe had 4 good attacks with 2 kills. Kelcey Hinz had 10 good passes.
    Remington then defeated Central Christian, 25-9 and 25-18.
    Madison Janzen served 12/12 with 5 aces and had 14 good attacks with 7 kills. Kylee Schunn had 13 good passes and 4 good attacks with 2 kills.
    Kristyn Wedel had 10 good attacks with 6 being kills. Kelcey Hinz had 7 good passes for the match. Katie Nash served 9/11.
    The Broncos moved to 3-0 beating host Inman, 25-13 and 25-9.
    Jasmine Ingalsbe served perfect with 7 and had 9 good attacks with 3 kills. Kristyn Wedel served 6/6 with 3 aces.
    Madison Janzen had 12 good attacks with 9 of those being kills. She also served 11/12 with 3 aces. Alyssa Hinz served 7/8 with 2 aces.
    In the semi-finals Remington fell in a three game match to Moundridge, 25-23, 22-25 and 14-25.
    Kylee Schunn served 8/8.
    Kristyn Wedel had 10 good attacks with 6 being kills and 12 total blocks with 6 being stuffs. Deanna Ingalsbe had12 good attacks with 6 kills and 15 total blocks with 5 being stuffs.
    Madison Janzen had 11 assists for the match. Alyssa Hinz served 10/11 and had 5 good attacks and 5 blocks.
    Jasmine Ingalsbe served 11/11 and had 6 kills and 13 assists.
    The Broncos took on host Inman to decide 3rd place and Remington came out on top winning, 25-21 and 25-14.
    Madison Janzen had 16 good attacks with 8 being kills and 8 assists. Kylee Schunn served 16 for 16.
    Kristyn Wedel had 11 good attacks with 6 being kills and had 12 good passes. Deanna Ingalsbe had 8 good attacks with 3 kills and 6 stuff blocks.
    Jasmine Ingalsbe had 12 assists.
    The Broncos are now 5-2 overall. Tuesday night the Lady Broncos have their first home matches of the season against Berean & Sedgwick.
