Wanetta J. Hare, 48 of Benton, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2013 due to a motorcycle accident in rural Whitewater.
Celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, at Hope Community Church in Andover. Cremation will precede the service.
Wanetta was born Feb. 13, 1965 in Kodiak, Alaska, the daughter of Richard Harrison and Beverly Jean (Hayes) Hopkins. She attended Highland High School and took some college classes. Wanetta worked in food service and loved to cook, ride motorcycles, sing and collect antique things. Most of all, she loved life and was a party girl.
She was united in marriage to Walter Hare, who preceded her in death.
She leaves: her daughters, Michelle Jueneke of Topeka, Arrin Jueneke of Benton, and Calie Rawlins of Andover; her mother, Beverly Jean Hayes of Sulphur Srings, Ark.; sisters, Glenda Hopkins of Clearwater, Sheila Smith of Andover, Kristina (Justin) Willour of Potwin; grandson, John Wesley Gordon; nephew, Ethen Hoepfinger; nieces, Sarah Hoepfinger, Jennifer Smith, Emma, Alli, Chelsea, Taylor Willour, Tapanga Gourley.
Her father, Richard also preceded her in death.
Memorial in Wanetta's memory is set up with Carlson Funeral Home, El Dorado, to help with the funeral expenses.
