Harley L. Foulk, 82, passed away July 8, 2013, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sunset Lawns Cemetery. Harley was born Jan. 3, 1931 to Mabel (Hutson) and Charles F. Foulk in Potwin. He proudly served in the United State Air Force. Harley worked for Butler County as a surveyor and retired after 40 years. He loved bird hunting, fishing and spending time with friends. He is survived by a daughter, Debra (Rick) Jones of Corpus Christy, Texas; a grandson, Clint (Marnie) Jones of El Dorado; great grandchildren, Caden Jones and Josie Jones; nephews, Chuck Foulk and Bobby Foulk; a niece, Linda Cunningham; and many great nieces and nephews, plus many friends and neighbors who helped him in every way. Harley is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Raymond Foulk and three infant sons. A memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society.
