  • David Lawrence Glamuzina, 55, of Augusta, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2013, in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
    A celebration of his life will begin Saturday, April 27, 2013, at 12 noon in the gymnasium of Mid-CAP, 730 Cliff Dr., Augusta, with meal and continue with a memorial service at 2 p.m. at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Military graveside rites will follow at Fairview Cemetery, rural Augusta.
    He worked at Utility Contractors Inc. in Wichita as a contract supervisor for 12 years before moving to Lake Havasu, Ariz. to enjoy the rest of his life. He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by spouse, Cheryl Glamuzina; his mother Jean; brother, Steven; step-sister, Shannon; two nephews, David and The Rainman;
    He is survived by: his children, Eddie Unger, Ashley Wayne, Tiffany Arnold (Cody Arnold) and Travis Tombaugh; grandchildren, Hailey Tombaugh and Espen Arnold; father, Harvey Glamuzina; his sister, Caryn; and brothers, Peter, Edward, Alan, Robert and Wayne.
    At Dave's request, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Headley Funeral home for Dave's grandchildren.
