  • I can see that yoga would help relieve stress, calm a person, and help physically. I seriously doubt that any Hindu training/brainwashing is taking place. The Viewpoint writer needs to stop being so paranoid and perhaps, do some yoga!

What a fine job Jeremy Costello does with his coverage of Augusta sports. Augusta is lucky to have him.

Thank you, Charles Hanna for your recent article regarding the gun debate. I simply cannot understand people who do not comprehend the Second Amendment. It is not about hunting or target practice. The bottom line of the amendment is to protect us from tyrannical government. Remember the phrase “The British are Coming?” Now it is the FBI, CIA, BATF, DHS, TSA, IRS, EPA, DEA... Gun registration leads to gun confiscation, which in many countries has preceded genocide of a select group or race of people.

I for one am glad they are teaching the benefits of yogurt to Augusta High School students. These kids need a good source of low-fat dairy in their diets. I don't care what the Hindus think. Oh, it was yoga... never mind!

I agree that the Charlie Traffas article was so one-sided and prejudiced that it should be taken "with a grain of salt". Most readers will understand that--unless some are very naive or want to believe the not so subtle hate hidden in the article-- which may echo their own prejudices The reader who was upset about the article in Charlie's little magazine had a right to be incensed. But, there are some interesting items in the magazine and it's a shame an article so grossly inaccurate appeared in the magazine.
