Q: I’m afraid of heights. How can I get over my fear?
A: Start by visualizing yourself up high or looking at pictures of high places. Then progress to standing on a stool or ladder, working your way up to a glass elevator or low balcony. A lot of the fear is from looking down. Tell your mind that you are safe. Know that the discomfort is from what you see, and that it will pass.
