This afternoon and tonight, strong thunderstorms capable of producing dime sized hail are possible.
Saturday afternoon and night, the potential for severe thunderstorms exists for areas along and east of the turnpike. Quarter sized hail and 60 mph winds are possible. There is also the potential for damage due to wind-driven hail.
A weather front will sink into the area late this weekend. By Sunday night into early Monday morning, rain will transition over to snow. Light snow accumulations are forecast for Monday.
