After reaching near 45 degrees today, the temperature will drop into the upper 20s this evening. A slight chance of rain mixing with snow after 9:00 pm is possible. No accumulation is expected. North northwest winds currently around 6 to 11 mph will increase this morning at 16 to 21 mph and gusting to 29 mph.
The roller coaster temperatures will drop below normal Tuesday for a high only near 40 degrees with an overnight low in the low 20s. Tuesday will be rather windy with northwest winds 16 to 25 mph gusting to 34 mph. This will make for a rather brisk Tuesday night as winds will only decrease near 7 to 15 mph and gusting to 22 mph.
The temperatures will gradually climb to above normal temperatures in the upper 50s and lower 60s for Thursday and Friday. Showers and thunderstorms are being introduced into the forecast Friday night through Sunday.
