El Dorado High School’s Chelsey Harber placed 16th overall at the state bowling competition at North Rock Lanes on Thursday.

Harber, only a sophomore for the Wildcats, was in her first state competition a week after placing third overall for El Dorado in the regional tournament in Topeka.

Harber bowled 158 202, and high game of 236 to finish with a 596 set.

The Lady Wildcats placed 5th as a team at the regional tournament in Topeka.

The El Dorado boys finished 11th as a team and no one qualified for the state competition individually.
