Members of the Butler County Board of Realtors celebrated their sales successes over the past year at their "A Celebration of Achievement" 2012 Awards Program.

Those teams selling more than $4 million are recognized as being part of the Master's Circle Teams. Those present are (l-r) Bob Hessman representing Joe Myers and Associations from J.P. Weigand and Pam and Bruce Peterson from the Coldwell Banker Plaza Peterson Team.The 2013 President will be Larry Cody. The gavel was passed to Cody by the 2012 president Jerry Vadnais, who was presented with a clock in recognition of his service.

The awards included those in the Achiever's Club, who had more than $1 million in sales in 2012. They included Marilyn Wallace, Lora Grooms, Jeana Wakefield-McClure, Carey Lee, Marietta Brown, Deanne Woodard, Carey Lee, Sharon Weaver, Barbara Williams, Loel Smith, Susan Worrell and Mike Wheeler.

Those selling more than $2 million were announced as part of the President's Club and included Diana Burres, Mary Hopkins, Denise Rockers, Ron Jackson, Monica Miller, Debi LeVieux, Kelsey Sundgren, Cindy Mavis, Terry Alley, Wanda Stewart and Debby Work.

The President's Club Teams were for those teams selling over $2 million and included The Vadnais "Home" Team of Jerry Vadnais and Dana Bryan of J.P. Weigand East.

Those in the Master's Circle sold over $4 million and included Angie Henson, Chuck Korte, Zac Sundgren, Cindy Curfman, Mark Sudduth, Candace Kunkel, Phyllis Zimmerman, Dave Brown, Bill Eberhardt, Christy Alcorn and Linda Baines.

The Master's Circle Teams award went to The Peterson Team of Pam and Bruce Peterson from Coldwell Banker Plaza and Joe Myers & Associations team of Joe Myers, Kari Pennington, Bob Hessman and Norman NcPhail of J.P. Weigand East.

Finally the Diamond Society recognized those with more than $10 million in sales. This award went to Jeremy Sundgren, David Sundgren and The Mike Grbic Team.

Following the sales awards, several distinguished service awards were presented.

The first was Affiliate of the Year which went to Security First Title.This recognized an affiliate of the realtors that had been a mainstay for a number of years.

The Realtor of the Year went to Baines, recognizing her service to community and ability to work with others.

Broker of the Year was Martha Watts and Rookie of the Year was Wakefield-McClure. These awards were voted on by their peers.

The evening concluded with a live auction of several donated baskets of items.
